Christ, I have a lot of friends going through some very difficult things right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just know that I love you all. Your presence is what makes MY world, the one I retreat to when the rest of the world becomes unbearable. I live in your stories, your joys, your simple day-to-day happenings and your small to large success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I adore your children, and watching them grow through your pictures and videos is one of my life\u2019s great joys. These kids are going to do amazing things to the world. Every last one of them. I\u2019m not being slightly facetious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And your pets delight me. There is no such thing as too many pet pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And of course, you. You\u2019re on my friends list for a reason. I want to hear your thoughts. I want to know how your day went. I want to know what you think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also want to know when your world is cruel and unkind. Because I know that expecting people to have nothing but happy-happy lives is insane, and strips them of their humanity. I want to know. I want to sit there in the theater of your world and cheer on the protagonist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m seeing a lot of worry out there. A lot of illness. A lot of loss, and a lot of pain. It seems like so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I see it. And you are all in my heart. I love you dearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
