I\u2019ve been seeing an awful lot of big game trophy hunting posts. I don\u2019t like these people. I think anyone who looks at a lion, a giraffe, an elephant or any other animal and thinks \u201cI want nothing more than to kill that\u201d is a fucking sociopath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have no problem with people who hunt for food. That has purpose. I understand that. Can\u2019t say I\u2019m thrilled about it, but I understand it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And I eat meat. I\u2019m a carnivore. That is how I stay alive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don\u2019t like to get too intimate with my food, but here is my promise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will take responsibility for the animals I eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will never eat an animal to extinction or endangerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will not be responsible for the death of more than I eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I will never kill for fun. Never.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
